Half way through August already! This year is flying by . I guess time flies by when you’re having a fun . Good times is what we have been having here at New Orleans Style Fishing Charters . Capt Roy and I have been enjoying our days on the water catching red fish and meeting all our new customers . For all the repeat customers that we’ve been having thanks for coming back and “FISHING A NAWLINS GOOD TIME ” again. As most know August is one of the warmest months here in New Orleans but lately we have been able to catch our fish first thing in the morning and get back to the dock before it gets to hot. The red fish we’ve been catching are in the 16″-20″ average with a few in the 22″-27″ range . The last couple trips out we’ve seen that the bigger fish have showed up and are willing to bite and make that line scream. Fishing light tackle make this a lot of fun for all.
